How to Pay
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance or a credit/debit card via PayPal Guest Checkout — no PayPal account required. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as payment methods within their checkout system.
Payment Security
Payments are handled under PCI-DSS standards through PayPal. We never see or store your full card details on our servers — all sensitive payment data is processed and protected by PayPal.
Currency & Pricing
All prices on Xylvaxhydra are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.
Order Confirmation
After your payment is captured by PayPal, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or email [email protected].
Failed Payments
If a payment does not go through, your order will not be produced. Please retry the payment, or contact PayPal support if the issue continues. Since our items are made to order, production only starts after payment is successfully captured.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal account or the card used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after inspection, then posted by your bank or PayPal within an additional 3–5 business days.
