Shipping Policy
How your made-to-order items are produced, shipped, and tracked across the United States.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Time
All items on Xylvaxhydra are printed to order. Every order first goes through production, then ships. The table below shows our flat rate and full timeline.

Business days: Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing Time
Because each product is made to order, orders are produced upon order within 2–5 business days before they leave for delivery. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin production on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order finishes production and ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days nationwide. Combined with production, the total estimated time is 5–10 business days from the date you place your order.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is assigned automatically based on your delivery location and the order. The specific carrier and tracking number are included in your shipping confirmation email.
Coverage & Exclusions
We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We currently cannot ship to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations. Orders to these addresses cannot be processed.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package until it arrives. If you do not receive a tracking email once your production window has passed, email us at [email protected].
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows no movement or your package has not arrived, contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier, which usually takes 3–5 business days. Once resolved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Failed Delivery / Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-shipment fee may apply. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Changes to an Order
Because items are produced upon order, changes can only be made before production begins. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once production has started, the order can no longer be modified.
Sales Tax
The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.
